Snow days galore!
We've been out of school like 7 of the last 10 days because of snow! I was pretty happy about it at first until I realized that being at home meant having nothing to do since I live out in the country. The onlys I've really been able to do since I've been babysitting my sister were read comic books and talk to people occasionally on FaceBook. I have to say, sometimes I feel like my little sister ties me down, but oh well, she IS my sister.

Energizer Bunny
For some reason, today I woke up after only 4 hours of sleep, but I wasn't tired! I usually feel exhausted whenever I wake up after many more hours than that, so I don't know what's up. I feel pretty good right now, and can actually keep my eyes open. It's a pretty good morning. The donut I ate earlier was good.

Gr...
Over a week ago, my dad bought me a new car. Well, it's wasn't new, but it was new to me. We sat there and were blatantly lied to by the salesman, until my dad pulled out an advertisement that the lot had put out, where the car was being sold for over $800 less. My dad was not a happy camper at that point, and I don't blame him. The salesman apologized to him, though, and said it was a simple mistake. I don't believe him. My dad ended up paying almost $1000 less than the salesman originally asked, after the owner of the lot had a small talk with the salesman. But we got really bad service the entire time. The salesman wasn't very friendly, he didn't mention to my dad that the plates were expired, and didn't even give us one of those cardboard-dealership plates. So here I am, more than a week later, still without a car. With no valid plates, we can't put insurance on it, and I don't want to risk getting a ticket and possibly having my license taken for driving without valid plates and without insurance. This one experience will force me to hold a grudge against car salesmen for the rest of my life. I'm sure of it. I've had to depend on people for rides for over a month now. I fully appreciate my old car now, because even if it wasn't what I wanted, it got me where I needed to be, and never failed me. And now I know to never take a ride for granted. I should thank my friends more for what they've been helping me with.
